The house is located at center of a quiet fisherman and touristic village. It is just 5 meters away from the sea, and 30 meters away from the nearest restaurant, market or coffee bar. The house has a large courtyard in which you can sit and enjoy great sunsets while gazing upon the whole village and beautiful bay in which the village is located. The house is for 7 persons, on first floor there are three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room with eating table and a balcony. On the ground floor there is big kitchen with big eating table, and a sofa that can expand and make bed for 2 persons.

There is also a big bathroom. The whole house is made of stone and combining that with modern technology provides an excellent ambient for a great vacation. In front of the house there is a big barbecue place and a big table that you can use all the time. Right next to them there is a big garden filled with lemon, tangerine and orange trees and vines that provide with enough shades during the day and fruits rich with flavor that you can pick freely.

Villa Heli is located in the centre of Bol on Brac. It consists of a ground floor and three additional floors.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room and a small spa (Jacuzzi, sauna, toilet). The first floor comprises two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms. The third floor has a large bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea.

In the garden there is an outdoor private pool. Heli Villa is located 30 m from the sea, close to the promenade to Golden Horn, and the restaurants and bars are located within 500 m.

Villa Brunella is located on the intriguing island of Brac – Bol Town, which 2010 was awarded “the Absolute Champion of Croatian Tourism”. Famous for its illustrious olive oil, wine and authentic village traditions, the island is most renowned for the Golden Horn, one of the largest and most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic—and one of the most photographed in the world. Like a tongue it extends nearly half a kilometer into the clear blue sea.

The tip of the Zlatni rat (Golden horn) changes shape each day due to the ever-changing sea currents. The beach, framed with deep pine groves for shade, is a favorite destination for surfers and sailors from various parts of Europe and the world because the sea channel between the islands of Brac and Hvar creates ideal winds for windsurfing. Villa Brunella is located just half-way from the center of Bol and this glorious beach.

Villa Brunella has a modern arhitectual design, yet using local materials, such as the Brač stone. Such a stone path leads to not one but two separate dwellings, each connected by an inner courtyard. Situated in the centre of village Mirca, right on the beach, Villa Nikol features spacious contemporary interior and beautiful seaside terrace with the shade of oleander trees and pergola as well as large swimming pool and billiard table for relaxation and fun on your holidays!

The villa can accommodate 14 to 16 persons in 7 double bedrooms. On the ground floor is a big living and dining room, kitchen, laundry, a small gym with some devices for workout and a pool table for fun. The terrace and 28 m2 swimming pool are positioned only few meters from the sea!

On the sea side terrace is also an outside dining area in the shade of pergola and oleanders, and a number of deck chairs around the swimming pool. In the back yard is another roofed patio and a big grill.

Villa Nikol has parking place for 3-4 cars and high level of equipment and services available to the guests. The nearest restaurant is only 50 meters from the villa and the nearby town of Supetar with its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is within 10 minutes drive.

Villa Korina is situated on the island of Brac, in the peaceful village Mirca, just 30 meters from the beach and the sea. The gust annex has 1 more bedroom, 2 bathrooms, smaller kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. Master bedroom on the first floor of the main house is the biggest bedroom in the villa. Next to the room is a big bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. Master bedroom has direct exit to a huge roof terrace with fantastic views of the sea and sunsets. Sea side outdoor area features a large veranda on stone pillars, bringing shade over a dining table for 12, a pool deck area with a number of sun-beds and 24m² infinity pool. Villa is surrounded with gardens and lawns and has direct access to a petty pebble beach. The path leading to the beach passes between a small wine yard and a garden featuring organic fruits, vegetables and a variety of Mediterranean herbs and spices where guests can help themselves. The nearest restaurant is only 200 meters far from the villa and the nearby town of Supetar with its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is within 10 minutes drive.

Villa Lukrecia is a Dalmatian stone house with a beautiful garden located in a quiet part of Supetar on Brac Island.

It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area (40 m2), a double bedroom and a bathroom. From the dining area you can enter the covered (40 m2) and uncovered (30 m2) garden terrace nearby the private outdoor pool and garden. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture and there is a barbecue as well.

The upper floor has 3 double bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms with shower units, a single bedroom and a separate bathroom.

This charming villa can accommodate 9 people comfortably and there is also additional accommodation in two apartments located nearby. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The first Apartment Lukrecia *** (2+2) of 40 m2 comprises a kitchen/ sitting room area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower unit. There is no air conditioning. The outdoor area has a garden with Mediterranean plants, an orchard as well as garden furniture and parking spot. The apartment kitchen includes stove (2 gas burners / 2 electric plates), hood, mini refrigerator, oven, filter coffee machine and microwave oven.

The second Apartment Lukrecia *** (2+2) of 40 m2 has a kitchen/ sitting room area, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower unit and a balcony. It is equipped with air conditioning. House Tonia is a beautiful Dalmatian stone house located in the quiet area of Sumartin on Brac Island, next to a pine wood and the Sumartin promenade.

The house was renovated in 2008. It can accommodate 6 people.

The nearest beach (rock) is on the south, 50 m from the house, next to a pine wood. On the east side, 80 m from the house, there is a beautiful send beach.

House Tonia comprises a kitchen, a dining room / sitting room area, a guest room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a beautiful fenced garden with 2 garden terraces with garden furniture.

Villa Kalista is situated in the centre of the village of Povlja on Brac, near an Early Christian Basilica.

It is a traditional Dalmatian 3-storey stone house. It was completely renovated in 2012.

This villa can accommodate 8 to 12 people comfortably.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area with the view of the pool and 1 double bedroom. On the two upper floors there are 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

The owner’s tavern with local fish and meat specialties is located nearby.
