Villa Teuta is situated in a quiet area of a picturesque village of Sutivan on Brac Island. It was completely renovated in 2013.
This charming villa can accommodate 8 people comfortably.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The upper floor comprises a kitchen /dining room/ sitting room area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with sea view.
There is one extra room on the ground floor. We call it the maids room. The room has a window and has single bed. There is also toilet. Upon request we can provide (through third party) a 4 wheel vehicle at a resonable price.
In front of the villa there is big garden with olive trees and swimming pool.
To make your stay on Brac Island as pleasant as possible the villa has been equipped with all the equipment you might need and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed.
